Staying cool with shades

One of our core values is to celebrate, and there certainly has been plenty of cause for celebration in the first half of 2018. We owe that to our great sales partners and our 30,000-plus merchants using the PayTrace gateway.

Our work culture is  remote-first, but in July and December, we connect LIVE and in-person near our Spokane, Wash., office. Our meetings focus on learning, practicing our PayTracer Tools, giving back to the community and celebrating. We’re often asked what makes us one of the Best Places to Work. It’s the people. We encourage people to be who they are, and we have a culture that respects and values a variety of opinions.

We might know how to have a little fun, too. It’s more than great benefits (although they’re pretty awesome) our teams have a fantastic sense of humor and genuinely enjoy hanging out. Even if we get a little carried away. How’d Jason get all of those name tags?
