We’re one of Spokane’s Best Places to Work

Continuing to fulfill its mission of making its employees happy, PayTrace Inc. was recently a finalist in the small business category for “Best Places to Work Inland Northwest.”

This marks the second consecutive inclusion of PayTrace in the list, which ranks businesses on survey information submitted by employees.

PayTrace is a payment gateway specializing in interchange optimization with Level II and Level III transactions. These specific transactions have potential for discounted credit card processing fees if merchants provide additional information. PayTrace enables merchants to tap into these savings, helping them be more profitable. More than 30,000 merchants processed $30 billion using our gateway in the past year, and we’re continuing to grow.

Our purpose at PayTrace is to make merchants happy. We recognize that in order to make merchants happy, PayTracers must first be happy,” said Founder and CEO Scott Judkins. Our leadership team is always interested in feedback from our employees, and the information we receive helps inform decisions we make for PayTracers.

PayTrace is passionate about nurturing long standing relationships with our partners, merchants, employees and the communities in which we live. We believe this award reflects the culture, values and contributions of everyone at PayTrace.

We are delighted to learn that PayTrace is recognized as one of our region’s best places to work,” said Vice President of Operations Justin Goes. PayTrace emphasizes community focus, integrity, having industry expertise, being innovative, and celebrating our successes. We celebrate being in Spokane every day and are thankful to have such a talented team.

This marks the third year of the Best Places to Work Inland Northwest program, created by the Spokane Journal of Business and Best Companies Group. To see a full list of the Inland Northwest’s best places to work, visit their website
