Welcome, Mary Miller, PayTrace’s new Director of Marketing – here to help grow our partnerships, products, and markets through compelling and targeted campaigns, channel communications, and outreach to partners and merchants.
Her leadership will steer efforts that support the customer journey through digital communication, website interaction, event experiences, and educational content – across all marketing channels.
“I live by the mantra of ‘nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care,’” explains Mary, showing that clearly her 25+ years of B2B tech marketing has shown her the value of putting customers and partners first.
Lucky for PayTrace, she truly enjoys helping customers, partners, and team members overcome challenges and achieve their growth goals. Mary’s passion for B2B tech marketing in the financial sectors began when she experienced first-hand the challenges related to manual, inefficient processes faced by many back-office teams at small and mid-sized companies.
“I look forward to being a part of the growth of PayTrace, as we introduce new B2B payment solutions that truly make a difference in the lives of business owners, channel partners, and other software companies,” she shares.
Prior to joining PayTrace, Mary led marketing and channel programs for AP automation and FinTech solutions that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems. With a strong track record and belief in the power of partnerships, she brings her extensive knowledge in the Dynamics ecosystem to PayTrace.
“I’ve spent years building relationships in ERP-specific communities and learning about their business goals,” she says. “The evolution of our solutions opens the door to working with ERP system providers and their channel partners.”
While PayTrace has an excellent foundation of technology partnerships and a well-respected brand in the payment gateway space, Mary notes, “We’re now at a pivotal stage in the business to leverage that expertise to expand into new markets, grow new channels, and set the standard for B2B payments.”
