PayTrace named one of the best places to work in the Inland Northwest

PayTrace recently ranked as one of the Best Places to Work in the Inland Northwest, marking its third consecutive inclusion in the program.

The Best Places to Work program helps discover and honor some of the best employers in the Inland Northwest, ranking businesses on survey information submitted by employees. These employers make an impact in the region’s economy, workforce, and community, making the Inland Northwest a great place to do business. PayTrace

“PayTracers are the reason we receive this recognition each year, plain and simple,” said PayTrace Founder and CEO Scott Judkins. “In order to make merchants happy, we must first make PayTracers happy. I’m thrilled that our team continues to thrive and responded favorably to the adjustments we’ve made this year.”

With a longstanding remote-first work environment in place, PayTrace asked employees to work from home in early March. This introduced the opportunity to provide some gifts to team members throughout the year, making their home offices more inviting and fun. Some of the company’s 57 employees live and work throughout the Pacific Northwest from Bellingham, Wash. to Portland, Ore.

“This year presented new obstacles and challenges for employers throughout our region, but our team leaned into our existing remote-first culture and continues to amaze us every day,” said PayTrace VP of Operations Justin Goes.

PayTrace is passionate about nurturing long-standing relationships with our partners, merchants, employees and the communities in which we live. We believe this award reflects the culture, values and contributions of everyone at PayTrace.

This marks the fourth year of the Best Places to Work Inland Northwest program, created by the Spokane Journal of Business and Best Companies Group. To see a full list of the Inland Northwest’s best places to work, visit their website.
