PayTrace named a ‘Best Fintech to Work For’ by American Banking

Earlier this week, PayTrace was recognized for living its core value of making PayTracers happy by being named one of the Best Fintechs to Work For by American Banking.

PayTrace is a payment gateway focused on a smarter, more efficient way of processing B2B credit card transactions, also known as interchange optimization. This SaaS gateway enables merchants to tap into optimized credit card processing fees, if merchants provide additional transaction data. PayTrace enables merchants to access these savings, helping them retain more value. Last year, more than 30,000 merchants processed $30 billion using the gateway, for an estimated $110 million in savings.

Scott Judkins, PayTrace Founder and CEO, said the achievement stems from the intentional and positive workplace culture thriving throughout the company. In 2018, PayTrace was also included as a Best Places to Work in the Inland Northwest

“We’re honored to be named one of the best FinTech companies to work for in the United States. PayTrace is making a difference toward its purpose of making merchants happy by first making PayTracers happy,” said Judkins. “I’m thankful for and amazed by every PayTracer. This recognition is possible because of PayTrace’s team members.”

In addition to the perks mentioned by American Banking, PayTrace also invests in the learning, growth and development of its people. It also lives by a remote-first work culture, offers paid community service time, makes annual donations, provides generous paid time off, has an on-site gym, and enjoys a hip office space.

PayTrace’s commitment to its team members and community has been a key ingredient to its unwavering passion for people and planet. Building #TrueCommunity is at the heart of making PayTracers happy.

“This is an amazing accomplishment. We are humbled and very honored to be mentioned along with so many other great organizations. This wouldn’t be possible without our employees’ dedication and commitment to each other,” said Justin Goes, PayTrace Vice President of Operations. “Free lunches and a fun office are nice perks, but it is the people that make this such an amazing place to work.”
