When you first activated your PayTrace account, you should have received a couple of emails. The first is a welcome email that contains resource information for PayTrace and for your account. The second email is titled “PayTrace Credentials.” With these two emails, you’ll be well on your way to getting your account up and running. If you run into any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to our 5-star support team.
Both B2B and B2G purchases can qualify for lower fee rates (interchange rates) by providing additional data at the time of a transaction. PayTrace automates and optimizes data fields, providing instant access to Level II and Level III savings for transactions that qualify. To learn more, we’ve got a full page dedicated to helping you with interchange optimization.
We love partnering with other software companies to make payments better. Our Integrations Marketplace has a full list of software partners certified to integrate PayTrace’s payment processing with particular services. Whether you’re a QuickBooks user, send payment requests via text-to-pay, or want to add payments via Salesforce, we have solutions for your business.
User management is a key priority for us. After logging in, find and click on “Users” on the left menu. That menu will expand, and you’ll see an option to add a “New User” (or “Edit User” for existing team members.) Here, you’ll manage associations and view other helpful information.
We get it. Like any new system, it takes time to learn where various features and operations are located in our system. Our Virtual Terminal demo videos can point you in the right direction and help to get you up to speed with all the resources and education that PayTrace offers.
If you have any questions beyond these, please reach out. Our experts are available 24/7 via email at support@paytrace.com or by phone Monday through Friday between 5am and 7pm Pacific at (888) 806 6545.
