Meet our new Biz Dev leadership

PayTrace, a SaaS payment gateway focused on making merchants happy by optimizing interchange, is pleased to announce the promotions of Travis Naccarini to the Director of Business Development and Eric Jenks to the role of National Sales Manager.

Naccarini’s new role collaborates with the CEO and Leadership team to lead and develop PayTrace’s Business Development vision, strategy, processes and teams to grow revenue at PayTrace. Naccarini will play a key role in cultivating relationships with strategic partners and advisers to maximize PayTrace’s awareness and action related to opportunities, risks, and trends. He’ll also organize the Business Development teams to acquire new customers, retain customers and expand sources of revenue.

PayTrace’s Business Development team includes sales, ISV partnerships, and marketing. Naccarini joined the sales team in 2012 and was most recently the National Sales Manager.

Alongside Naccarini, Eric Jenks’ new role as National Sales Manager role allows him to advance partner engagement strategies and lead the team of account executives. Jenks has more than 14 years of experience in the payment industry and understands the intricacies of partner relationships.

“We’re excited to elevate Travis to the next level of leadership and have tremendous confidence in his ability to lead the Business Development team in the execution of PayTrace’s strategic partnerships, culture, and financial forecasts,” said Scott Judkins, PayTrace Founder and CEO. “Eric’s leadership talents and mastery of successfully executing plans that support our partners has made countless PayTrace merchants happy. His ability to balance our financial goals while deftly managing our partner expectations is top-notch. We believe both of these internal promotions demonstrate PayTrace’s passion to attract, develop, and retain top talent.”
